Kelly's darker scifi/fantasy alter-ego
Sage walks in the more dystopian areas of the genre than Kelly, hence she has her own page. She also writes fanfiction, which you may find for free out on fanfiction.net under the moniker ScarletandSage.
The first novel for Sage Lynne is going out into the world soon with the working title Edge of Gloss, and while it features the word "Edge" it should be noted this is NOT a sequel to Kelly's book The Empire's Edge. The working title was "Tower," which is ubiquitous.
Edge of Gloss
Tired of subsistence living, Tenna opts to become a cloistered, cozened resident in the Tower, where she will receive room and board for living a life that patrons pay to watch. It is a reality show blended with live theater, complete with enough to eat at last. But the games she’s encouraged to play on the first level show only the surface of the Tower’s dark core. The quest for ratings draws her deeper across personal boundaries the higher she climbs. To her horror, more than survival is at stake under the edge of gloss.
Genre: New Adult Dystopian. This is a character-driven story with romance undertones.
